Sometimes you meet people in this walk of life, that all too quickly feel more like family than friends. This is what these guys are to me…extended family. I heard them for the first time as the opening act to Jeremy Loops at the Botanical Gardens about a month or so ago. I fell head over heels for their sweet, sweet tunes and next thing I knew, BAM! We were planning a shoot together! Mutual friend Kerri Adam put us in touch with each other and we shared some ideas. Of course pretty much everything went out the window and we found ourselves on a little south coast mission which led us to a grove of trees on the side of the road, with the most magical late afternoon light. They played their tunes, we snapped away. It really was as just as simple as that.
